3. Payment Terms

All services are billed in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are made through secure online payment gateways or direct invoicing.
By making payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and agree to the service scope, timelines, and policies outlined here.
Late payments may delay delivery or result in service suspension.
Any payment dispute must first be raised directly with us before involving a payment provider or bank.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only available if explicitly agreed to in writing before the contract is signed.
Once work has begun, the service is considered delivered when the agreed assets or services are provided via email, shared document, or recorded video call.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a service period unless previously agreed in writing.
For ongoing retainers, cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

Respond promptly to requests for approvals, materials, or clarification.

You may not use our services for:

Any illegal activity under U.S. or international law
Pornographic, obscene, or exploitative material
Gambling, betting, or lottery promotion
Sale of prohibited or restricted goods/services under applicable laws
Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing practices

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these conditions.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we guarantee delivery of the agreed work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increase, ROI, or engagement improvements.
Performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, audience behavior, and client execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid for services in the 12 months before the claim arose.
